25 April - ANZAC Service

The President of the Christchurch Boys High School Old Boys, David Hewett, and the Headmaster, Nic Hill, invite all Old Boys, their wives, partners, and friends of the school to the annual Anzac Service to be held in the School Hall on Thursday the 25th April at 10.00am.

This is a day of remembrance when we reflect on the sacrifices those who went before us made so we could have our present freedoms and quality of life. To remember the men who served and died in the Boer War WW1, WW2, Korea, Vietnam, and Afghanistan, and those who have passed on peacekeeping duties around the world.

Guest Speaker will be Major Coom NZ Army.

 

7th May - Annual General Meeting

The Executive of the Christchurch Boys High School Old Boys Association warmly invites all old boys, young and old, to attend the Association's annual general meeting.

When: Tuesday 7th May, 7:00pm

Where: Christchurch Old Boys Rugby Club Rooms at 12 Riccarton Avenue (next to the tennis courts beside the gardens public carpark).

Parking in front of the new changing rooms on the grass.

Bar open after meeting.

 

7th June - 2024 OBA Awards Dinner & Reunion

The CBHS Old Boys Awards Dinner & Reunion is a great way to connect with past schoolmates and celebrate the achievements of Old Boys in the past year.

Hosted in the CBHS Auditorium and MC'd by Old Boy Dave Fitzgerald (The Breeze) enjoy an evening of celebration, laughter and entertainment including Live Auction and Raffle.

When: Friday 7 June, 6:30pm

Tickets are $99 per person or $950 per table of 10 and include *:
- Two-course meal per person
- Two Drinks vouchers per person (cash bar after)
- Live Entertainment throughout the evening
- Two Bottles of Wine per table
